Every job is quoted as a fixed price by email before it starts. Nothing is charged until you accept the quote. One-off jobs are paid in advance; monthly jobs (such as Watch) are billed monthly in advance and can be cancelled from the next month with 30 days’ notice by email.
Directory submissions, reports and lists are delivered as described in the quote. Directories and websites change without notice; where a listing cannot be created or a site blocks automated access we tell you and, where a one-off job cannot be substantially completed, refund it.
You confirm the details you give us are accurate and that you have the right to have them published. You are responsible for how you use any lead list, including compliance with PECR and GDPR when contacting people.
Listings and reports support your visibility; we do not guarantee rankings, enquiries or sales.
Our liability for any job is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. English law applies.
